摘要: 通过试验总结了骨架尺寸、线径、匝数对涡流检测缺陷信号的影响规律;理论计算了产品所需的检验频率及设备匹配所需的电感。结合试验规律,根据设备所需最佳匹配阻抗制作了满足公司锆合金管材的涡流探头。Abstract: The influence of frame size, wire diameter and number of windings on defect signal was summarized according to the experimental findings. The working frequency and the required inductance by the equipment were theoretically calculated. The eddy current probes which could meet the requirement for inspecting zirconium alloy tubes were developed and manufactured by combining the experimental results with the acquired best matching impedances.
