    铝合金焊缝超声检测缺陷定位误差原因

    Error Reason on Defect Positioning for Ultrasonic Testing of Weld Seams of Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 针对超声检测铝合金焊缝定位误差大的难题,对影响铝合金焊缝超声检测的无序排列粗晶组织进行了超声波测定,对组织均匀度等进行了试验分析和金相检验。结果表明,根据材料特性合理选择铝试块的材料牌号,可以将探头在铝试块上前沿与钢CSK-IA试块上前沿的误差控制在±0.5 mm。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at overcoming the difficulty of large location error in ultrasonic inspection of aluminum alloy weld, the ultrasonic testing of disordered coarse grained microstructure affecting the test was carried out, and experimental and metallographic analysis on grain uniformity was performed. Based on the reasonable selection of the material grade of aluminum specimen according to the material characteristics, it is feasible to control the value of probe index error measured on steel CSK-IA specimen and on aluminum specimen being less than ±0.5 mm.
