Abstract: This paper analyzes, compares and comprehensively judges the characteristics of ultrasonic reflection signal of several kinds of of the chamfers inner the pipeline with the signal characteristics of the non-penetration and the non-fusion weld, so the ultrasonic signal reflection characteristics are confirmed and validated by the test instance, which can avoid misjudgment. The results are available for peer reference.
