    不锈钢小径管焊接缺陷的相控阵超声检测工艺

    The Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing Process of Welding Defects of Stainless Steel Trail Tube

    • 摘要: 对未熔合、未焊透、咬边、内凹、焊瘤类型的人工缺陷试管进行了测试,制定了完善的相控阵超声检测工艺,包括GEKKO设备的调试、检测灵敏度的设置、扫查方式的确定、焊缝质量分级的确定等。结合DL/T 820-2002标准,给出了不同类型焊接缺陷的检测工艺及典型结构回波的分辨方法。检测结果表明,该相控阵超声检测工艺对不锈钢小径管焊接缺陷有很好的检出效果。

       

      Abstract: The phased array ultrasonic testing technology is made by means of test of incomplete fusion, unsoldered, edge, inner concave, and welded tumor type. These include the setting of GEKKO equipment, setting of detection sensitivity, determination of scanning method and weld quality classification, etc. Based on the DL/T 820-2002 standard, the detection strategies of different types of welding defects and the idetification methods of typical structure echo are given. The testing results show that the phased array ultrasonic testing process is effective for detecting welding defects of stainless steel trail tube.
