    安检用X射线管高压测试平台设计

    The Design of High Voltage Testing Platform for X-Ray Tube in Security Inspection

    • 摘要: 为了满足安检领域X射线管的生产需要,采用高频逆变及脉宽调制技术,设计了一套160 kV/3 mA的X射线管耐压测试平台,通过液晶显示屏显示相关参数,输出可通过旋钮直接连续调节。对该高压测试平台的系统构成、系统倍压、高频逆变、控制及显示等方面进行了介绍;对平台进行了性能测试,结果表明其精度与稳定度均达到了使用要求。

       

      Abstract: To meet the production needs of the X-ray tube in the field of security inspection, a high voltage inverter and PWM technology were used to design a set of 160 kV/3 mA X-ray tube testing platform. The relevant parameters were displayed via LCD, and the output could be directly adjusted continuously by knobs. This paper introduces the system structure of the high voltage testing platform, system multiplying circuit, high frequency inverter, control and display,etc. The performance testing of the platform shows that its accuracy and stability have met the requirements for use.
