    基于脉冲涡流的管道内检测系统设计

    Design of Pipeline Internal Inspection System Based on Pulse Eddy Current

    • 摘要: 为了识别管道内外壁缺陷,以脉冲涡流检测技术原理为依据,设计了基于MSP430单片机的脉冲涡流管道内检测系统,重点介绍了脉冲信号激励电路设计、功率放大电路设计、探头模块设计、基于LabVIEW的上位机通讯及数据采集和处理模块的设计。并利用所设计的系统在带有缺陷的试验管段上进行验证,试验结果表明,该系统对管道内壁金属损失具有较高的检出能力,可有效识别管道内外壁缺陷。

       

      Abstract: In order to identify internal and external wall defects of pipeline, a pulse eddy current pipeline detection system based on MSP430 MCU was designed in accordance with the principle of pulsed eddy current testing technology. The paper focuses on the design of excitation circuit of pulse signal, power amplifier circuit, probe module, communication with upper computer by LabVIEW, and data acquisition and processing section. The system has been tested on experimental pipe sections with artificial defects, and the experimental results show that the detection system has high detection ability for metal loss on the inner wall of pipeline, and is effective in distinguishing inner and outer wall defects.
