    基于交流电磁场检测技术的裂纹缺陷信号识别方法

    The Crack Defect Signal Recognition Method Based on ACFM

    • 摘要: 针对海洋平台主体结构焊缝的交流电磁场检测技术(ACFM),提出了一种横向、纵向以及斜向裂纹缺陷信号的识别方法。基于ACFM技术原理,分析了横向以及纵向裂纹缺陷检测信号BxBz特征向量的特点及其形成机理。通过对与扫查方向呈0°(纵向),45°(斜向)以及90°(横向)裂纹缺陷信号的试验分析,得出了如何识别横向、纵向以及斜向裂纹缺陷信号的方法。

       

      Abstract: A method for identifying the detection signals of transverse, longitudinal and slant crack defects was proposed, which was aiming at alternating current field measurement (ACFM) inspection of the main structure weld of the offshore platform. According to the ACFM principle,the characteristics and formation mechanism of the Bx and Bz eigenvectors of the transverse and longitudinal crack defect detection signals were analyzed. Through the experimental verification of the longitudinal (0°) crack defect signals, transverse (90°) crack defect signals and slant (45°) crack defect signals in relation with the direction of scanning, the ways how to identify these defects were concluded.
