Determination of Equivalent Coefficient of Digital Ray Detection for Ceramic Materials and Aluminum Alloy

摘要: 为了获得陶瓷材料与铝合金X射线数字成像(DR)检测的等效系数,在透照电压为60 kV~90 kV时,分别对不同厚度的陶瓷和铝合金进行数字射线透照,得到其X射线穿透率与透照厚度的关系曲线,并拟合得到相应公式;射线透照率相同条件下的陶瓷厚度与铝合金厚度互为等效厚度,进而可以确定其等效系数,对陶瓷材料的射线检测具有一定的指导意义。Abstract: In order to obtain the equivalent coefficient of X-ray digital radiography (DR) detection for ceramic materials and aluminum alloy, corresponding X-ray digital radiography tests were undertaken for different thickness of ceramics and aluminum alloy respectively, under transmission voltage of 60 kV-90 kV. The X-ray penetration rate curves of ceramic and aluminum alloy were obtained, and the corresponding formula was fitted. The equivalent thickness of ceramic and aluminum alloy was defined as having the same rate of radiographic penetration rate, and in accordance with that, the equivalent coefficient of thickness for the two materials was then determined. It has a certain guiding significance for X-ray detection of ceramic materials.
