    铝合金板材的超声C扫描检测

    Ultrasonic C-scan Testing of Aluminum Alloy Plate

    • 摘要: 针对8 mm厚的铝合金板材开展了8通道超声C扫描检测技术研究,参照GJB 1580A-2004 标准中的AAA级质量验收要求设计并制作了对比试块,结合对比试块对影响检测结果的关键工艺参数进行了分析和试验验证。结果表明,所确定的检测工艺能够满足0.4 mm平底孔的检测灵敏度要求,可以应用于类似金属板材的高效、自动化超声检测。

       

      Abstract: Eight-channel ultrasonic C-scan testing was carried out on 8mm aluminum alloy sheets. The key testing parameters affecting the test results were analyzed and validated by the comparative test block which was designed and manufactured according to GJB1580A-2004 AAA grade acceptance requirements. The results show that the detection process identified in this paper can achieve the detection sensitivity of φ0.4 mm, which can be applied to the highly efficient and automated ultrasonic testing of similar sheet metal.
