    管状设备超声相控阵内检测技术的CIVA仿真比对

    CIVA Simulation Comparison of Phased Array Ultrasonic Technique of Inner Detection in Tubular Equipment

    • 摘要: 对管子-管板角焊缝、管座角焊缝、储气井等管状设备实施检测时,由于其结构和焊接特点,往往需要将探头伸入到管子内壁进行检测才能得到较高的缺陷检出率。提出了用超声相控阵检测技术来实现管状设备的内检测,介绍了平面和凸面相控阵的声场模型,利用CIVA仿真比较了一维线阵、凸面阵、柔性相控阵等几种检测方法的特点和适用范围,从而为相控阵技术在管状设备内检测中的推广应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In view of the structure and weld characteristics of tubular equipment such as tube to tube-sheet fillet weld, pipe seat fillet weld, gas storage well,etc., the probe can reach into the inner wall of pipe to detect the defects with high detection rate. In this paper, an ultrasonic phased array detection technique is proposed to realize the in-tube detection of tubular equipment. The acoustic field model of planar and convex phased array is introduced. By using CIVA simulation, the characteristics and applicable range of several different detection methods such as 1D linear array, convex array and flexible phased array are compared. It can provide reference for extending the application of phased array technique in the inner detection of tubular equipment.
