Eddy Current Testing of Proximity Tube of Heat Transferring Tubes of Steam Generator

  • 摘要: 针对在蒸汽发生器制造过程中,由内部倒置的相邻U形管安装误差引起的间隙距离变小而发生传热管接近的问题,在实验室条件下利用与国内某核电厂已发生接近的两根传热管的规格和工艺完全一致的试验管进行试验,得到接近管正确的涡流检测方法以及传热管接近距离和涡流幅值的关系。
    Abstract: In the manufacturing process of steam generator, the inverted adjacent U-tubes may get in very close proximity because of installation tolerance. In this paper, eddy current test of proximity extent of two adjacent tubes and relationship of proximity distance and eddy current voltage will be obtained by simulated experiment using two experimental proximity tubes having the same specification and process to those proximity tubes in one of domestic nuclear plants.
