Abstract:
Due to the sensitivity of the X-ray inspection decreased in thick-walled workpiece inspection, the main pipeline of nuclear power plant was used as the research object, and the major influencing factors of the height and width of the defect, the X-ray focus size, defect depth, and the angle and position of X-ray source were analyzed. Through the software CIVA simulation and radiography of test block, several important factors affecting the sensitivity of radiographic inspection were shown.
