Ultrasonic Examination for the Stress Corrosion Cracking of Elbows Inner Surface

  • 摘要: 针对核电站系统弯头在运行期间会产生应力腐蚀裂纹的问题,根据弯头的结构尺寸、缺陷形貌进行了理论计算,设计了超声波探头、对比试块、扫查方式等;通过对比分析和试验研究,说明了超声波检测技术的可靠性,形成了专门针对该弯头的超声检测工艺,确保了检测灵敏度和分辨力。
    Abstract: The stress corrosion cracking often occurs in the elbows of nuclear power plant durning operation. Ultrasonic probes, comparative test blocks, and scanning methods are designed. Comparative analysis and tests are conducted. The study illustrates the reliability of ultrasonic testing technology and forms an ultrasonic inspection process specifically for this elbow, which ensures detection sensitivity and resolution.
