摘要: 结合CPR1000蒸汽发生器管子-管板焊缝的结构特点,阐述了该类焊缝的γ射线检测工艺及技术要点,分析了焊缝中气孔缺陷的位置特点和形成原因,可为类似的换热器管子-管板产品焊缝的验收和返修提供借鉴。Abstract: With the consideration of the structure characteristics of tube-tube plate seal welds of CPR1000 steam generator, a detailed description on the γ radiographic testing process and key technology was outlined, and the location and causes of porosity were analyzed to provide the experience feedback applied for engineering for actual welding acceptance and repair.
