Differences between Digital Radiography and Film Image Evaluation

摘要: 分析了数字射线与常规射线底片在技术指标和测量手段等方面的差异,指出了两者在图像评定中的不同之处,介绍了数字射线评定中的各种图像处理方法及对缺欠评定的作用,提出了"断面灰度曲线法"辅助定性、单丝像质计的精确测量、缺欠自身高度测量等新思路,为数字射线的推广应用提供了有益的启示。Abstract: This paper analyzes the differences between digital radiography and conventional X-ray films in terms of technical indicators and measurement methods, points out their differences in image evaluation, introduces the digital radiographic evaluation of the various image processing methods and shortcomings of evaluation function. It also puts forward the "gray curve section" auxiliary qualitative and new ideas like monofilament accurate measurement and defect quality indicator self height measurement, and provides beneficial enlightenment for the popularization and application of digital X-ray.
