    锅炉小径管射线检测与相控阵检测的对比分析

    Comparison and Analysis of Radiographic Detection and Phased Array Detection of Small Diameter Tube of Boiler

    • 摘要: 在电站锅炉的安装建设过程中,小径管对接接头需要射线检测的比例非常大,根据电站锅炉小径管常见的缺陷分布形式和特征,对自然缺陷和人工模拟缺陷进行射线检测和相控阵检测,以此来验证小径管对接接头检测中,相控阵检测方法代替射线检测方法的可能性。结果表明,通过选择可靠的设备和合理的检测工艺参数,采用相控阵检测取代射线检测还是有很大的可能性。

       

      Abstract: In the process of building thermal power plant,the proportion of the small diameter pipes which need radiographic test is large. According to the distribution and characteristics of common defects in small diameter pipes of thermal power plant, a research was conducted by using radiographic test and phased array to detect natural defects and artificial simulation defects in the small diameter pipe in order to verify the possibility of using ultrasonic phased array test to replace the radiographic test in detecting small diameter pipes. The results show that it is possible to replace the radiographic detection with phased array detection by selecting reliable equipment and reasonable testing parameters.
