超声相控阵探头的形式以及专用相控阵探头的开发应用案例

The Forms of Ultrasonic Phased Array Probe and Special Phased Array Probe Development and Application Cases

摘要: 针对超声相控阵探头的几种常见形式，根据阵列不同的排列方式和用途，分别介绍了各种探头的特点与适用范围；简要介绍了国内外相控阵探头的研发应用情况；对于复杂特殊结构件的检测，引入了新型专用相控阵探头的理念，并详细阐述了2个专用相控阵探头开发应用的典型案例，包括开发总体思路以及设计流程、检测试验等，为相控阵技术的推广应用起到借鉴作用。

Abstract: According to different kinds of array arrangement modes and usages, several common forms of phased array probe are summarized in this paper. Also, its characteristics and application conditions are introduced. Then, phased array probe development and application conditions are presented both at home and abroad. At last, ideas for developing new forms of special phased array probe are put forward.Two typical cases of special phased array probe development and application are described, including general idea, design steps and testing experiments.This paper can be used as a reference for the popularization and application of phased array technology.
