Detection of Tension Force in Hoist Cables for Suspended Models Based on Vibration Method

摘要: 分析了悬吊模型吊索的受力特点,对目前常见的吊索内力检测方法及其优缺点进行了比较。基于振动法推导了适合于软件编程的计算吊索内力的公式,并介绍了检测方法。按照此方法,采用振动测试分析仪对某博物馆大型悬挂模型的吊索进行了检测。检测结果表明,模型竖向索力之和与设计值较为接近,振动法可以用于悬挂模型吊索内力的检测。Abstract: The characteristics of hoist cables for suspended model were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods for detecting the tension force were compared. The theory for calculating the tension in hoist cables was developed based on the vibration method. Tension force in hoist cables for a large suspended model in a museum was detected using vibration analyzer. The results showed that the sum of the vertical tension force was close to the design value, and the vibration method could be used for the detection of the tension force in hoist cables for suspended models.
