    激光错位散斑检测结果的影响因素

    Influencing Factors of Laser Shearography Testing Results

    • 摘要: 针对激光错位散斑检测真空加载影响因素多、检测参数不易确定的问题,以含有损伤的T300/QY8911碳纤维复合材料为例,建立了真空加载激光错位散斑检测有限元仿真模型,仿真结果说明缺陷尺寸、缺陷位置、真空载荷对激光错位散斑检测影响较大。仿真和试验结果基本吻合,说明建立的Solid46模型是可靠的,可利用其对检测结果进行预判,这对复合材料激光错位散斑检测工艺的制定具有重要指导意义。

       

      Abstract: As the vacuum loading influencing factors of laser shearography testing are complicated, it is not easy to select suitable parameters. Finite element simulation model of the vacuum laser shearography is applied to simulate T300/QY8911 carbon fiber reinforced composite with impact damages. The simulation results show that many factors including the size and position of delaminations, and the vacuum pressure have a strong influence on testing results. Furthermore, experiments give similar results. So Solid46 model can be used to forecast testing results which is very helpful for laser shearography testing process making of composite material.
