    相控阵超声技术在插管异种钢镍基焊缝检测中的应用

    Application of Phased Array Ultrasonic Technique in Detecting Nickel Base Welds of Dissimilar Steel Intubated

    • 摘要: 汽轮机进汽插管异种钢镍基焊缝在运行时因高温疲劳易发生断裂,为避免此类事故发生,提出了使用相控阵超声技术检测插管镍基异种钢焊缝的方法。通过对插管镍基焊缝的结构、金相组织、声学特性的分析,明确了该类焊缝超声检测的难点。结合相控阵超声检测的特点,通过控制检测工艺参数,对上述难点加以克服,从理论上分析了相控阵超声检测该类焊缝的可行性。

       

      Abstract: The nickel-base welding seam of dissimilar steel is easy to break during operation because of high temperature fatigue, and in order to avoid this kind of accident, a method of using phased array ultrasound to detect the welding seam of nickel-based dissimilar steel is presented in this paper. The structure, metallographic structure and acoustic characteristics of the weld are analyzed. The difficulties of ultrasonic detection of this kind of welds are clarified. Combined with the characteristics of phased array ultrasonic detection, the above difficulties are overcome by controlling the technical parameters of the detection. The feasibility of phased array ultrasonic detection of this kind of weld is analyzed theoretically.
