    核电主管道奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的相控阵超声检测

    Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing for Austenitic Stainless Steel Weld of Primary Coolant Piping in Nuclear Power Plant

    • 摘要: 核电主管道采用离心铸造奥氏体不锈钢制造和焊接,其焊接质量直接关系到核反应堆的安全。目前核电主管道常采用窄间隙焊接技术,易产生侧壁未熔合缺陷,采用传统检测方法难以检出此类缺陷。采取理论分析、数值模拟以及超声相控阵检测、射线检测等多种手段相结合的方式,制定了核工程奥氏体不锈钢焊缝相控阵超声检测工艺,实现了相控阵超声检测方法在核电站主管道焊缝检测中的应用。

       

      Abstract: Primary coolant piping in nuclear engineering are welded in centrifugally cast austenitic stainless steel (CCASS). The welding quality is directly related to the safety of nuclear reactors. Narrow gap welding is mostly used in CCASS, while lack of fusion in side walls appeared easily. Detecting it in common testing methods is difficult. The paper combined the theoretical research, analysis calculation, numerical simulation, phased array ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing. The tesing technique of CCASS is underlined and the technology has been applied to the primary coolant piping weld in nuclear engineering.
