    钢中宏观夹杂物的水浸超声检测

    Water Immersion Ultrasonic Testing of Macroscopic Inclusions in Steel

    • 摘要: 论述了采用水浸超声检测钢中宏观夹杂物时,对不同直径的对比试块与被检材料进行曲面补偿的方法。提出采用定期核查水槽内某一平台界面反射波幅值达到一定高度后所对应增益变化的方法,并用该方法代替采用对比试块上的人工缺陷核查灵敏度变化情况的方法,提高了水浸高频超声系统的检验效率。

       

      Abstract: In view of the water immersion ultrasonic testing of macroscopic inclusions in steel, the surface compensation methods for sample blocks of different diameters are discussed in this paper. Instead of checking the sensitivity changes of artificial defect in reference blocks, the paper proposed a new method of periodic reviewing corresponding gain change while the amplitude of reflected wave at platform interfaces reaching a certain height. The method can improve the water immersion test efficiency of high frequency ultrasound system.
