    基于TRL探头的双相不锈钢对接焊缝的超声相控阵检测

    Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing for Duplex Stainless Steel Butt Weld Based on TRL Probe

    • 摘要: 利用传统的超声波或射线检测方法检测双相不锈钢焊缝都有一定的局限性和不足之处。结合最新的TRL相控阵探头,并利用超声波相控阵检测方法,通过纵波一发一收的方式提高了信噪比,在演示试块及产品焊缝中证明了该方法的可行性。

       

      Abstract: Duplex stainless steel is widely used on process piping due to its good characteristics in strength, plasticity and toughness. But nondestructive testing methods such as RT and manual UT while used for the weld seam of the steel shall meet some difficulties and challenges, so this article introduces a method of using phased array ultrasonic testing based on TRL probe. Through transmitting and receiving the sound wave separately, the probe has high signal-to-noise ratio, and the reliability of the method has been proven by demonstration block and site inspection.
