    GIS盆式绝缘子模拟缺陷的X-DR成像检测

    The X-DR Imaging Detection of Simulation Defect in GIS Basin-Type Insulator

    • 摘要: 利用X射线DR成像技术对盆式绝缘子进行可视化无损检测,在不拆解和破坏GIS (气体绝缘全封闭组合电器)设备的情况下,实现了对盆式绝缘子的透照及缺陷检测;利用正交试验法找出了X射线机透照的最优参数设置,减少了试验次数,提高了试验效率。结果表明,X射线DR成像技术可以识别出盆式绝缘子的裂纹和气泡类缺陷。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, X-DR imaging technology is applied to the visualization nondestructive testing of basin-type insulator. Without dismantling and destroying the GIS device, it can realize the radiography and defect detection of basin-type insulator. The optimal parameters of the X-ray machine are found by orthogonal test method, which can greatly reduce the number of experiments and improve the efficiency of the experiment. The results show that the X-DR imaging technology can be used to identify the cracks and bubble defects of the basin-type insulator.
