    涂层厚度对涡流检测的影响

    The Influence of Coating Thickness on the Eddy Current Testing

    • 摘要: 采用放置式探头对带有不同厚度涂层的含有表面缺陷的钢板进行涡流检测,研究涡流检测表面缺陷的能力与涂层厚度之间的关系。结果表明:在表面涂层厚度不大于2 500 μm时,使用放置式探头的涡流检测方法检测钢板上的不同类型缺陷和不同深度缺陷的效果更好。

       

      Abstract: The relationship between the effectiveness of detecting surface defects and the coating thickness was researched with the method of eddy current testing, and the placed type probe was used to inspect a defective steel plate with different coating thicknesses. Results have shown that better testing effect for surface defects on a steel plate with different categories and different depths can be realized by the eddy current test using a placed type probe if the surface coating thickness is not greater than 2 500 μm.
