    4种C/E复合材料NOL环试样拉伸试验过程的声发射特性

    Acoustic Emission Characteristics of Four Kinds of NOL Ring Samples of C/E Composite in Tensile Test Process

    • 摘要: 通过对4种C/E (碳纤维环氧树脂)复合材料NOL (美国海军军械实验室)环试样拉伸断裂过程的声发射特性研究发现,材料强度、模量以及缠绕工艺均会对材料损伤过程的声发射计数、信号幅度、持续时间等特征值产生显著影响。在材料的声发射特性试验中,准确得到材料损伤的特点和变化趋势是优化复合材料制造工艺、指导结构强度设计与检测的重要途径。

       

      Abstract: This paper studies acoustic emission characteristics for four kinds of NOL-samples of C/E composite in tensile test process. The research found that the material characteristics and winding technology would affect the acoustic emission (AE) characteristics, such as counts, amplitude and duration. It is very important to accurately get the characteristics and the varying trend of the material damage for optimizing the devising technology of the structure.
