    基于参数分析的滚动轴承故障声发射特征提取

    Feature Extraction of Acoustic Emission of Rolling Bearing Fault Based on Parameter Analysis

    • 摘要: 滚动轴承是旋转机械结构中的重要构件,其一旦发生故障会造成极大的危险。根据滚动轴承的结构特点,制定了相应的声发射检测方案,并对不同故障的滚动轴承进行检测。通过声发射的参数特征,用单参分析法、经历图分析法、分布图分析法、相关图分析法等,对不同工况的轴承故障进行分析比较。结果表明,声发射检测技术可以用于滚动轴承的故障诊断和特征提取。

       

      Abstract: As one important part of the rotating machinery,rolling bearings are the most vulnerable parts.Once failure occurs,it will cause great danger.According to the structure characteristics of rolling bearings,the method of AE testing was established to test different faults on rolling bearings. Through the parametric characteristics of acoustic emission, the failure of bearings under different working conditions was analyzed and compared by single parameter analysis method, historical variety analysis method, distribution analysis method and correlation analysis method.The results indicate that the AE technique could be applied to fault diagnosis and feature extraction on rolling bearings.
