    管道的在线监测型自校正超声波测厚技术

    Ultrasonic Thickness On-line Monitoring Technique with Self-Calibration of Pipeline

    • 摘要: 提出了一种具有自校正功能的超声波测厚技术,该技术可以有效消除温度变化等对声速的影响,还可用于在线监测油气金属管道腐蚀情况等。利用快速傅里叶变换滤除了自校正超声波中的干扰杂波,然后选取回波信号的多个极值点来准确计算管道的厚度。结果表明,该自校正超声波测厚技术具有良好的检测精度和稳定性。

       

      Abstract: This paper proposed a new ultrasonic thickness measurement technology with self-calibration function which could effectively eliminate the influence of temperature variation on sound velocity so that it could on-line monitor the corrosion condition of metal pipeline of oil and gas. In this paper, the fast Fourier transform (FFT) was used to filter out the interference clutter in the self-calibration ultrasonic wave, and then multi-extrema of the echo signal were selected to calculate the thickness of the measured object. It is proven that the self-calibration ultrasonic thickness measurement technology in this paper has good detection precision and stability.
