    钢轨损伤的无线传感网络监测系统

    Wireless Sensor Networks Damage Monitoring System of Rail

    • 摘要: 由于传统的检测设备无法对钢轨进行实时监测,漏检、误检的现象时有发生。结合物联网和结构健康监测技术搭建了钢轨损伤监测的硬件系统,在岔道轨腰布置压电传感器阵列,用Lamb波激励压电传感器,对人工粘贴于轨头表面不同长度的模拟缺陷进行检测。结果表明,该系统能够检测出钢轨中的损伤。

       

      Abstract: The traditional test equipments fail to monitor the rail real-time, which leads to the occurrence of leak and mistakenly identified. And the monitoring of rail damage has become an important issue in the development of national railway. In this paper, a rail damage monitoring hardware system has been built based on the internet of things and structural health monitoring technology. With the piezoelectric sensor array placed in fork rail waist, piezoelectric excited by the Lamb wave sensor, experiments on the artificial paste in different lengths of rail head surface damage were carried out. The results show that the system can effectively detect the rail damage information.
