荧光渗透检测中渗透温度对灵敏度的影响及其对策

Influence of Permeability Temperature on Sensitivity during Fluorescent Penetrant Testing and Its Countermeasures

  • 摘要: 针对荧光渗透检测时较低的渗透温度会影响检测灵敏度的问题,对荧光渗透液的黏度等物理参数进行了试验,了解了荧光渗透液温度、黏度、检测工艺、水处理之间的关系。结果表明:选取15~35 ℃的温度范围对渗透检验是比较适宜的。最后提出了荧光渗透槽温度的改造方案,可以保证渗透检测的灵敏度。
    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that low fluorescence permeability temperature will influent the sensitivity of fluorescent penetrant, the physical parameters such as viscosity and so on were tested, and the relationship between temperature, viscosity, fluorescence penetrant detection technology and water treatment was understood. The results show that the temperature range of 15~35 ℃ is suitable for penetrant inspection. Finally, a scheme for improving the temperature of the fluorescent permeation tank is proposed to ensure the sensitivity of the penetrant inspection.
