Design of Pipeline MFL Detection Data Acquisition System Based on FPGA and ARM

摘要: 提出了一种基于FPGA与ARM架构的管道漏磁检测数据采集方案,给出了系统的硬件设计方案,包括AD转换模块与FPGA连接设计,FPGA与ARM之间的接口设计;并给出了数据采集系统软件设计,包括数据采集系统程序设计和上位机调试软件设计。系统测试结果表明,系统集成度高、应用灵活;设计具有精度高、动态范围大的特点,是一种实现漏磁检测数据高精度采集处理的高效可行的解决方案。Abstract: MFL detection data acquisition scheme based on ARM and FPGA architecture is proposed, and the system hardware design project is provided. The overall design of the system has been given, including the AD conversion module, the design of FPGA connection, and the communication design between ARM and FPGA. The software design of data acquisition system is also given, including data acquisition system program design and host computer debugging software design. The system is highly integrated and of flexible application. System test results show that the design has the characteristics of high precision and large dynamic range, it is an efficient and feasible solution to realize high precision acquisition and processing of magnetic flux leakage testing data.
