Abstract: Axle rail vehicle bogie is an important part and a connecting part. Acoustic emission technique was employed to monitor the axle, and the grey clustering method was used to evaluate the risk of axle crack acoustic emission signals and was compared with the actual state. The results show that this method has certain application value and is feasible in the field of acoustic emission signal.
