    海洋平台TMCP钢焊缝检测的超声波仪器校准

    Calibration of UT Instrument for TMCP Steel Weld of Offshore Platform

    • 摘要: 由于特殊的热轧工艺,TMCP钢的轧制方向与非轧制方向在声速和衰减方面有较大的差异。与普通钢材相比,TMCP钢焊缝的超声波检测需要更复杂的工序。超声波仪器的校准准确与否,对缺陷定位和缺陷定量有着重要作用。从TMCP对比试块的制备入手,采用结合使用对比试块和标准试块ⅡW的方式对超声波仪器进行声速等参数的校准,并制作相应的DAC曲线,最后通过人工缺陷试验件对仪器校准准确性进行了对比验证。验证结果表明,该校准方法能对缺陷进行准确可靠地定位定量。

       

      Abstract: Due to the special hot rolling process, the respective sound wave velocity and attenuation in the rolling and non rolling directions of TMCP steel is quite different. Compared with ordinary steel, ultrasonic testing of TMCP steel weld needs more complex processes. The calibration accuracy of the ultrasonic instrument plays an important role for locating defects and quantitatively evaluating defects. Starting from the calibration block of TMCP test and carrying on the calibration of velocity and other parameters by the combined use of contrast test block and standard test block of type ⅡW, corresponding DAC curves were made. Finally, the accuracy of the instrument calibration was verified through the test of artificial defects. The verification results show that the calibration method can perform accurate and reliable localization and quantification of defects.
