Precipitation Concentration Test and Type Inspection Performance Test of Nano-Fe3O4 Water-Based Magnetic Fluids

  • 摘要: 利用化学方法制备了两种不同形状与大小的纳米Fe3O4,并制成水基磁悬液,用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析测试手段对其进行了表征。通过对制备的纳米Fe3O4水基磁悬液沉淀浓度测试以及型式检验性能试验发现该水基磁悬液静置30 min后,梨形沉淀管内几乎没有发现明显的沉淀;型式检验性能满足JB/T 6063-2006《无损检测磁粉检测用材料》标准要求。试验结果说明,现行的磁悬液沉淀浓度测定方法需要完善。
    Abstract: Fe3O4 magnetic fluids of two different shapes of sphere and sheet were prepared by chemical method. The samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM. Studies on the concentration by precipitation and type inspection performance of nano-Fe3O4 water-based magnetic fluid were made, and the results showed that no obviously precipitation was found in the pear shaped sedimentation tube after stabling 30min. The type inspection performance was consistent with JB/T6063-2006 Non-destructive testing-Materials for magnetic particle testing. Test result showed the current method of measuring the concentration by precipitation needed further improvement.
