Corrosion Failure Inspection of Christmas Tree Valve

摘要: 采气树阀门本体、通道以及密封面在高温、高压、含腐蚀性介质条件下易产生腐蚀失效,采用相控阵超声波A扫描、B扫描、C扫描和S扫描等模式对腐蚀缺陷进行了定性和定量分析。结果表明:利用相控阵超声C扫描可以对阀门本体和通道进行成像检测,得出最小壁厚;相控阵S扫描和C扫描可对阀门密封面的腐蚀进行检测。Abstract: The body, channel and the sealing surface of valve in Christmas tree are susceptible of corrosion under the condition of high temperatures, high pressures and corrosive medium. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the corrosion defects was studied using the A scanning, B scanning, C scanning and S scanning of ultrasonic phased array. The results show that the minimum wall thickness of body and channel of valve could be measured by using the C scanning of ultrasonic phased array.S scanning and C scanning of ultrasonic phased array can be used to detect the sealing surface of valve.
