Fastener Joint Failure Monitoring Technique Using Piezoelectric Impedance Method

摘要: 针对紧固件连接失效的压电阻抗监测方法对设备要求高且损伤判断方法不统一的问题,推导了压电传感器电导纳实部的计算公式,根据推导结果设计了结构损伤诊断系统,研究通过压电传感器的电导纳实部的频率谱来检测紧固件连接失效的可行性。试验结果表明,根据压电传感器的电导纳实部相对变化率频谱可以准确地判断紧固件连接是否失效。Abstract: The existing methods adopted to monitor the fastener joint failure based on electromechanical impedance method demand for high quality equipment. At the same time, there was a lack of a unified method on the judge of fastener joint failure. Formulas were derived and a monitoring system was designed to investigate the feasibility of a new method based on the frequency spectrum of the real part of electrical admittance. The ample evidence presented enables us reasonably to conclude that fastener joint failure can be well monitored using frequency spectrum of real part of electrical admittance in the way mentioned.
