Influence of Workpiece Surface Paint Layer Thickness on the Weld Magnetic Particle Testing

摘要: 通过对一定状态下(母材为低碳钢Q345D,焊材为灰铸铁焊丝HS401,焊完急速水冷却)带油漆层的焊缝工件进行磁粉检测,分析了油漆层厚度对磁粉检测灵敏度的影响,所得结果可供同行参考。Abstract: Magnetic particle testing was carried out for workpieces with various paint layers under some special conditions (low carbon steel Q345D for parent metal, the gray cast iron wire HS401 for weld material, and a rapid water cooling after finishing welding), in order to study the influence of paint layer thickness on magnetic particle detection sensitivity, which might provide useful reference for the others.
