    钢丝绳无损检测中存在问题的探讨

    Discussion on the Existing Problems of Steel Wire Rope Nondestructive Testing

    • 摘要: 针对在役钢丝绳中存在的局部损伤LF型和金属横截面积损失LMA型缺陷,目前基本采用电磁检测法检测。主流的钢丝绳无损检测仪是采用永磁磁化激励的原理,通过霍尔元件传感器采集缺陷信号。在实际检测中,通过无损检测仪检测LMA型缺陷能取得比较好的效果,但受到检测技术的限制和钢丝绳结构的影响,对LF型缺陷不能进行定量分析。采用半定量的方法对LF型缺陷进行分析发现,其检验结果存在一定的偏差,只能起到参考作用。只有解决LF型缺陷的定量检测以及缺陷与钢丝绳强度的关系,无损检测才能真正准确预测在役钢丝绳的使用寿命。

       

      Abstract: There are many kinds of nondestructive testing methods, and the electromagnetic detection method is adopted in LF type and LMA type of in-service steel wire rope. Nondestructive testing instrument for steel wire rope is based on the principle of permanent magnetic excitation, acquisition defect signal by Hall element sensor. In the actual detection, good effect is achieved on LMA type defect. Owing to the limit of detection technology and the influence of steel wire rope structure, LF type defect can not be quantitatively analyzed. Semi quantitative method for LF type defect is not accurate. If quantitative analysis of LF type can be solved and the relationship between defects and strength can be known,then the service life of in-service steel wire rope is able to be accurately predicted.
