Comparison of Defects Analysis Method of Nuclear Power Equipment During Pre-service and In-service Inspection Based on ASME and RSE-M Codes

  • 摘要: 在核电厂设备役前和在役检查时,对核级焊缝中检测出的缺陷需按照相关规范要求进行严格的分析评价,以保障核电机组的安全运行。描述了在役检查缺陷显示的通用处理流程,分别以ASME规范和RSE-M规范为例,就缺陷的性质判定、尺寸归一化、相关性和验收等方面开展分析,并对两个规范间存在的差异进行了归纳总结。
    Abstract: In the pre-service and in-service inspection of nuclear power plant equipment, the defects to be detected in the unclear class weld required for rigorous analysis and evaluation to ensure the safe operation of the nuclear plant. This paper describes the general process of defect display and takes the ASME and RSE-M codes as example to analyze the properties of defects, size normalization, correlation, and acceptance and so on. The difference between the two codes has been also summarized in the paper.
