Ultrasonic Testing of the Biaxial Residual Stress of Plane Field

摘要: 基于声弹性理论,分析了弹性波应力与波速之间声弹性方程的物理意义,在总结国内外LCR波检测残余应力研究进展的基础上,提出了目前尚存在的问题并给出了解决方法。推导了平面LCR波双向应力的求解公式,设计了双向应力加载试样,并对十字形试样中部的应力分布进行仿真,仿真结果证明了在双向应力加载情况下,标定应力系数的方法是可行的。Abstract: Based on acoustic elastic theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between stress and elastic wave velocity, analyzes the physical significance of acoustoelastic equation, summarizes the state of the art of residual stress testing based on LCR wave at home and abroad, advances some unfathomed problems and gives solutions. A new subsurface stress measurement method and a biaxial tensile test specimen are designed specific to the problem. And at the same time, the simulation of specimen is carried out in order to explore the distribution of stress. The simulation results illustrate that the method of coefficient calibration under the bidirectional loading is feasible.
