The Rapid Ultrasonic Phased Array Testing of Crankshaft R-angle Defects

摘要: 为了实现发动机曲轴R角部位的快速扫查检测,在CTS-PA22A型超声相控阵检测仪上,开发了具有曲轴R角部位3D声束仿真模型的曲轴检测专用模块,并在曲轴R角部位设置了切槽和通孔人工缺陷。超声相控阵检测结果表明,采用具有专用曲轴模块的相控阵扇形扫描检测方式,可以实现对曲轴R角缺陷的快速有效检测,同时结合曲轴R角部位3D仿真模型,可实现曲轴R角缺陷的精确定位。Abstract: To achieve the rapid testing of engine crankshaft R-angle defects, the 3D beam simulation model of crankshaft R-angle parts is developed in the CTS-PA22A phased array ultrasonic testing instrument, and crankshaft R-angle parts are made with cutting groove and hole-type artificial defects. The phased array ultrasonic testing experimental results show that the phased array S-scan, which is with crankshaft R-angle parts 3D beam simulation model, can rapidly and effectively test the R-angle defects of the crankshaft, and also can accurately locate the defects.
