    一种漏磁内检测器数据的自适应滤波方法

    An Adaptive Filtering Method of the Data Measured by Magnetic Flux Leakage In-line Detectors

    • 摘要: 提出了一种具有快速精准的大数据处理功能的智能滤波方法,根据不同的漏磁信号特点采取相应的滤波算法进行线滤波和面滤波,实现了对漏磁内检测器装置采集到的数字信号的自适应滤波,为准确快速地进行管道缺陷定位、特征提取及寿命预测奠定了坚实的基础,进一步保证了管道的安全运行,延长了管道的使用寿命,防止了管道泄漏和环境污染。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a method of intelligent filtering algorithms with the function of fast and accurate data processing is proposed. According to the different characteristics of magnetic flux leakage signals, appropriate filtering algorithms are adopted to realize single channel filter and multi-channel filter. The method realizes adaptive filtering of digital signals collected by the magnetic flux leakage in-line detectors, lays a solid foundation for accurate and fast defect localization, feature extraction and life prediction, ensures the safe operation of the pipeline, extends the pipeline service life, and prevents pipeline leakage and environment pollution further.
