The Rapid Measurement Technology of Magnetic Suspension Concentration Based on Electromagnetic Induction

  • 摘要: 通过分析现行磁悬液浓度测定工艺技术方法中存在的不足,介绍了基于电磁感应原理的磁悬液浓度快速测试技术、系统,并从工程应用上对该系统的标定试验方法进行了分析。结果表明,该技术能实现对磁悬液中磁粉含量的准确快速测定,系统测量重复性好,符合磁粉检测工程实际应用要求。最后从试验上对比分析了不同荧光磁粉材料标定曲线的差异和产生原因,并提出了具体的解决措施。
    Abstract: Starting with an investigation of the drawbacks of existing concentration measuring approaches for magnetic ink, a novel concentration measuring method and system based on the concept of electromagnetic induction was proposed, and the calibration method of the system was studied and analyzed. The results show that the technique can realize accurate and rapid determination of magnetic powder content in magnetic suspension, and the measurement repeatability of system is good, and it can be used in engineering practice. Finally, the differences and causes of the calibration curve of different fluorescent magnetic powder materials were analyzed, and the solution was put forward.
