    基于X射线工业CT技术的套筒灌浆密实度检测试验

    Experiment on Detection of Coupler Grouting Compactness Based on Industrial X-CT

    • 摘要: 设计了两种套筒布置形式,一种为套筒外浇素混凝土、另一种为套筒外浇混凝土并在混凝土中布置钢筋,通过X射线工业CT对其套筒灌浆密实度进行了检测试验。试验结果表明:采用X射线工业CT技术检测套筒灌浆的密实情况是可行的,可清晰区分灌浆与未灌浆区域:X射线工业CT技术能够克服钢筋、混凝土和套筒外壁的影响,对存在纵筋和箍筋遮挡、套筒布置位置变化、双排套筒布置等复杂情形,均能有效显示套筒内部灌浆密实情况,并能清晰显示套筒外混凝土和套筒内浆体中存在的孔洞,具备强大的无损检测能力。实现了套筒灌浆密实度的实验室快速检测,也为研发现场适用检测技术提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: Two kinds of specimens are designed: coupler with plain concrete and coupler with steel reinforced concrete. Then experimental research on detection of coupler grouting compactness was conducted by industrial X-CT. The results indicated that it was feasible to use industrial X-CT to detect coupler grouting compactness, and both the grouting area and the non-grouting area could be distinguished clearly; industrial X-CT can overcome the influence of concrete, steel bar and the outer wall of coupler, under complex cases such as longitudinal reinforcement and stirrup block, coupler location change, double coupler layout, the internal grouting state of all couplers can be displayed effectively, and further more the tiny pores within both concrete outside coupler and paste inside coupler can also be shown clearly, which indicated that industrial X-CT had the strong ability for nondestructive testing. This study makes rapid detection of coupler grouting compactness in lab become true, and also provides basis for the development of adaptive field testing method..
