    红外热成像技术在建筑外墙检测中的应用

    Application of IR Thermography Technique on Building Exterior Wall Detection

    • 摘要: 红外热成像技术作为一种全新的无损检测技术,在工程建设检测、监测领域的应用处于起步阶段。以某高层建筑外墙饰面施工质量检测为例,介绍了红外热成像技术在建筑外墙检测中的应用;并结合其他案例,对该技术的可靠性、灵敏度和检测条件进行了分析。结果表明,如果外界检测条件较好,检测时间段选择合理,采用红外热成像技术可以可靠、准确地对建筑外墙的质量进行检测,可为房屋建筑的验收或饰面质量的普查提供可靠的依据。

       

      Abstract: The IR thermography technique as a new kind of non destructive testing technology, had been applied in the field of engineering construction detection and monitoring in initial stage. Taking the detection of a high-rise building exterior finishes construction quality as an example, the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in the detection of building exterior wall was introduced and by combining with other cases, the reliability, sensitivity and detection conditions of the technology were analyzed. The results show that if the external detection condition is well satisfied and the detection time is reasonably selected, the infrared thermal imaging technology can reliably and accurately detect the construction quality of the wall.
