Abstract: Due to the influence of the multilayer overlay image, it is difficult to evaluate the quality of the channel oil in large and complicated casting by conventional radiographic inspection. However, industry CT testing method can solve such problem, and the important and interested size of the channel can be measured accurately by image reconstruction technique and dimension measure technique.
