    水下射线检测装置控制系统设计

    Design of Control Device for Underwater γ-Ray Inspection

    • 摘要: 为了提高反应堆压力容器(RPV)接管焊缝射线检测装置的自动化程度,设计并制作了水下射线检查装置的控制系统。RPV接管焊缝射线自动检测装置以AT89S52单片机为基础,完成气囊的充放气、气缸的横向进给和气囊压力控制;应用霍尔传感器完成焊缝的定位,采用CCD摄像头实时显示运动机构和系统的定位状况。对接管焊缝进行水下射线试验,结果表明,该系统运行平稳,定位精度满足要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve automation of RPV nozzle safe end weld γ-Ray inspection device, a control system was designed and manufactured. The RPV nozzle safe end weld automatic γ-Ray inspection device was based on MCU to implement inflating and deflating of the air bag, air cylinder feed control and the pressure control of the air bag. Hall sensors were used to position weld and CCD camera to display real time movement of the system. Test results show that the automatic control system of under water γ-Ray inspection is stable and position accuracy meets the requirements.
