    燃煤锅炉热力管道缺陷检测技术

    Defect Detection Technology of Thermal Pipeline in Coal Fired Boiler

    • 摘要: 作为燃煤电厂三大主机之一的锅炉,其稳定运行直接影响了整个燃煤电厂的安全性,而其中最易发生事故的锅炉热力管道的安全则是重中之重。介绍了水冷壁高温硫腐蚀、过热器再热器高温腐蚀、省煤器氧腐蚀这三种在锅炉热力管道中较为常见的缺陷的形成原理及危害,并重点介绍了可以用于检测这些缺陷的远场涡流检测技术、漏磁检测技术和电磁超声检测技术的原理、研究成果以及各自的优缺点。

       

      Abstract: As one of the three main units of coal-fired power plant, the stable operation of the boiler affects the safety of the whole coal-fired power plant directly, and the safety of the thermal pipeline is the most important, where accidents occur frequently. This paper introducesforming mechanism and harm of the three kinds of the defects which are common in the thermal pipeline: water wall sulfur corrosion, superheater and reheater corrosion, economizeroxygen corrosion. Also introduced in the paper are the technique principle, research results,advantages and disadvantages of the detection technology which can be used to detect these defects emphatically like the far field eddy current testing technology, leakage magnetic detection technology and the electromagnetic ultrasonic testing.
