    基于磁致伸缩效应的扭转模式导波管道缺陷检测

    Detecting Crack in a Pipe with Magnetostrictive-based Torsional Guided Waves

    • 摘要: 为实现管道缺陷的快速检测,用实验室现有仪器搭建了扭转模式导波管道检测系统,同时测试了该系统的频率特性,并对有周向人工缺陷的样管进行了检测,成功实现了扭转模式导波的激励和接收。试验结果表明,该系统可以检测并定位样管中的周向缺陷,为管道中激励接收扭转模式导波并实现缺陷检测提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the demand of rapid detection of the pipe cracks, a system of torsional guided waves consisting of existing instruments in laboratory to detect pipe is designed. Meanwhile, the frequency response characteristic of the system was tested and the artificial defect along the circumferential direction of sample pipe was detected. The system excited and received the torsional mode guided waves successfully. The results showed that the system could detect and locate the crack in the circumferential direction of the sample pipe, which provided a reference value for generating and receiving the torsional mode guided waves and detection of cracks in the pipe.
