Abstract:
Conventional methods of nondestructive testing of various domestic ammonia refrigeration pressure pipelines are introduced and analyzed, and the limitations in ammonia pipeline nondestructive detection are described. An overview on the X-ray digital imaging testing, the principle of pulsed eddy current testing technology, its characteristics and application in ammonia pipeline inspection was presented, and the method of nondestructive testing for ammonia pipeline was proposed, aiming to provide a reference for NDT personnel to select suitable nondestructive detection method, so as to ensure the defect detection rate and reduce ammonia pipeline safety hidden trouble.
